Sketchwalks

Rather than drawing complete views, practice capturing the moment by quickly incorporating architecture, sounds, weather, and crowds into the sketch. Join your fellow Urban Sketcher attendees in exploring San Diego through on-location drawing, capturing what can be seen from direct observation. The work will be shared in a throwdown at the conclusion of each crawl so we can see how our observations, taken together, can paint a vivid picture of the walk.
